FAQs
What are network managed services?
Network managed services are ongoing network management services where a specialist team helps operate, maintain, and support your network. This typically includes monitoring, troubleshooting, incident handling, change support, performance optimization, and reporting, so your internal team can stay focused on higher-level priorities.
What is network monitoring?
Network monitoring is the continuous tracking of network and service health. It uses alerts and performance metrics to detect outages, degradation, and unusual behavior early. For voice providers, network monitoring services often extend into VoIP monitoring like call quality, SIP registration, trunk status, and endpoint behavior.
What does VoIP monitoring include?
VoIP monitoring commonly covers core server monitoring, PSTN access provider SIP trunk availability, 911 reliability, SIP endpoint registration status, call completion, latency/jitter/packet loss, MOS or call-quality indicators, SBC behavior, and endpoint/device events, plus alerting when thresholds are exceeded.
Is network monitoring enough to prevent downtime?
Monitoring reduces downtime by catching issues early, but prevention also requires good operational practices, tested change processes, and ongoing optimization, which is where network management services add value.
Can I change my plan later?

Ut enim ad minim veniam, quis nostrud exercitation ullamco laboris nisi ut aliquip ex ea commodo consequat. Duis aute irure dolor in reprehenderit in voluptate velit esse cillum dolore eu fugiat nulla pariatur.
Can you work with our existing monitoring and ticketing tools?
In most cases, yes. Many providers prefer their network monitoring services to plug into existing dashboards, alerting, and ticket workflows so teams can keep established processes.
